摘    要:采用水热法制备了TiO2纳米材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对产物进行表征,并以有机材料甲基橙进行了光催化反应。结果表明,产物TiO2晶型为锐钛矿型(A-TiO2),以自制的TiO2为光催化剂对甲基橙溶液进行降解,最佳条件为:12 mg/L的甲基橙溶液中加入0.050 g的TiO2用HNO3调节溶液成酸性后,经254 nm紫外光照射下,28℃恒温磁力快速搅拌反应1 h,降解率达到43.2%。

Abstract:TiO_2 nanomaterials were prepared via hydrothermal method.The characteristics of as-prepared TiO_2 were carried out using scan electron mixroscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectroscopy.The photo-catalytic degradation experiments of methyl orange were done.The results show that the as-prepared TiO_2 are anatase type,and the best degeneration rate of methyl orange is 43.2% under optimal conditions:adding 0.050 g as-prepared TiO_2 powders into the 12 mg/L methyl orange solution which adjusted basic by HNO_3 illuminated under UV(λ=254 nm),stirring quickly at 28 ℃ for 1 h.
