预掘回撤通道稳定性机理分析及应用

摘    要:分析了影响预掘回撤通道稳定性的主要因素,提出了工作面剩余煤柱力学分析模型,揭示了工作面剩余煤柱动态力学变化特征。通过数值模拟方法研究了逐步开挖条件下,回撤通道两侧煤体的应力响应特征,发现回采末期回撤通道两侧煤柱存在明显的应力转移现象;数值模拟得到工作面剩余煤柱应力变化趋势与理论预测值有较好的吻合。采用应力测试技术对煤壁应力和垛式支架载荷进行了现场监测,应力监测结果与理论预测以及数值模拟结果具有一致性。采用多种手段对预掘回撤通道应用所涉及的力学作用机理进行深入的剖析。

The mechanism of stability of predriven rooms and the practical techniques
Abstract:This paper discussed the key factors affecting the stability of predriven rooms,offered a mechanical model of the unmined coal pillar,and showed the dynamic stress characteristics of the unmined coal pillar.The stress responding characteristics of coal pillars on the both sides of the predriven room during stepbystep longwall face extraction,were studied using numerical models,and stress transferring between coal pillars on the both sides of the predriven room was found.The dynamic average stress of the unmined coal pillar predicted by the numerical model was mostly in agreement with the results from the theoretical equation.Onsite stress monitoring techniques were used to track the loading process of the outside coal pillar and the chock support,and the stress monitoring results were mostly in agreement with that of the numerical model and the theoretical equation.Several research methods were used to deeply analyze the dynamic reaction mechanism concerning the predriven room.
