福建省水利投入的实证分析

根据福建省"八五"、"九五"期间水利投入的实际情况,分析了水利投入与国民经济投入产出的关系.在此基础上运用计量经济学的分析方法,从相关分析、弹性分析、贡献率分析和拉动效率分析的角度,进一步研究水利投入对国民经济产出的贡献和对经济增长的拉动作用.实证分析结果表明,福建省水利投入与国民经济投入产出关系密切,水利基建投资对经济增长的影响显著,但水利投资偏低,对经济增长的直接作用不明显.

Case study on water conservancy input in Fujian Province

According to the reality of water conservancy input during the periods of “the eighth five-year plan” and “the ninth five-year plan”, the relationship between water conservancy input and national economic output was analyzed. Based on the analytical method of metric economics, the contribution of water conservancy input to national economic output and its pulling effect on the increment of economy were studied by means of the correlation analysis, the elasticity analysis, and the analysis of contribution ratio and pulling efficiency. It is concluded that there is a close relationship between water conservancy input and the output of national economy, and that the investment in capital construction of water conservancy has obvious effect on the increment of economy, while the total investment in water conservancy at present is relatively low, and the effect on the increment of economy is inconspicuous.
