基于ANSYS APDL语言的零件参数化有限元分析

摘    要:对于系列化产品,可以借助参数化设计的思想,将参数化设计与有限元分析相结合,实现复杂模型的结构参数调整,自动生成实体模型并完成有限元分析,以优化产品结构,缩短设计周期.有限元分析软件ANSYS提供的参数化设计语言(APDL)用建立智能分析的方法,为零件进行参数化有限元分析提供了有力工具.文章介绍了采用APDL进行参数化有限元分析的实施步骤,并以圆柱弹簧为例,详细阐述了这一过程的实现.结果表明,这种方法可以减少重复工作,提高工作效率.

Abstract:For many series of products that have a similar structure,it is easy to adjust the geometric model of products by using parametric design method.Based on the idea of the structure parametric design method in finite element analysis(FEA),the complicated FEA model can be created by adjusting several geometric parameters and the process of FEA is automatically executed.The remarkable effect of this method is that product structure can be optimized and design period will be shortened.APDL language in finite element software ANSYS is a powerful tool for parametric finite element analysis of part by using intelligent analysis method.This paper introduces the steps of developing parametric finite element analysis by APDL and put a cylinder spring as an example expatiates the realization process in detail.The results show that this method is very efficient in repeat work.
