摘    要:以“有客户就有市场”的经营理念为依据,提出了用“客户化”营销策略开拓电力市场的观点,从客户的思维出发,追求综合效益,在为客户提供满意服务的同时,帮助客户成功,提高客户的忠诚,以“客户化”为特殊竞争力,开拓电力市场,树立供电企业新形象,提高企业、社会等各方面效益。

Abstract:From the operating concept of "there is a market wherever there is a customer", it is suggested to open up the electric power market by implementing the "customerization" marketing tactics, thinking in the customers' way of thinking for comprehensive improvement of overall performance, and improving the royalty of customers by providing them with quality service.
