氧化铝纤维的结构和力学性能

摘    要:报道氧化铝-氧化锆纤维和纯氧化铝纤维的结构和力学性能及相互间关系。使用X射线衍射和电子显微术表征结构,力学性能的测定除去常规的应力应变关系外,主要使用激光拉曼光谱和荧光光谱术研究纤维的拉伸形变特性。

Abstract:The structure and mechanical properties of the alumina fibres have been studied. The structure was examined using a combination of X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy. Raman andfluorescence spetroscopy were employed to investigate the behaviour of tensile deformation. The fibers havebeen found to have polycrystalline structure, high Young's modulus and fracture strength. The positions ofthe Raman bands from alumina and alrconia and of the fluorescence lines due to Cr ions doped in aluminalattice are all sensitive to the deformation of the fibres and there is a close linear shift in wavenumber with fiber strain (stress). The possible application of the phenomnon for investigation of the fiber rienforced composites is discussed.
