摘    要:用TracerGC/FTIR系统测定了T-2毒素及其四种主要代谢产物(HT-2、T-2triol、T-2tetraol及NEO)的硅烷化衍生物的凝聚态红外谱图,在优化样品沉淀片移动速率的基础上,建立了五种毒素的气-红联用检测方法。用此方法分析染毒大白鼠全血样品,结果表明方法的适用性很好。

Abstract:The tracer interface technology of GC/FTIR has many advantages over the light-pipe interface. For example,the sensitivity and s/n ratio of tracer technique are much better. A Tracer GC/FTIR method is developed to analyze T-2 toxinand its four metabolites (HT-2 toxin, T-2 triol, T-2 tetraol and NEO) in the whole blood samples.
