| 摘 要： | 介绍了河钢承钢公司中宽带产线除鳞水系统升级改造工程及其实际运行后存在的问题。针对水泵工作流量无法保持蓄能器压力稳定和蓄能器实际工作时水损大的现实,全面检查分析了柱塞泵,在柱塞泵吸口前、高位水箱后增加了加压水泵,彻底解决了除鳞水压力、流量不足的问题,满足了产品品质提升需求。

| Abstract: | The reformation project and the actual operation problems of descaling system in medium and wide steel strip line of Chengsteel company are introduced.In view of the fact that the work flow of the water pump cannot keep the stable pressure of the accumulator and large water loss of the accumulator, piston pumps are comprehensively checked.Pressure pumps are added in the front of the mouthpiece of piston pump and the behind of the high-level water tank, which thoroughly avoids the insufficient pressure and discharge of the descaling water, which meets the needs of product quality improvement. |
