天钢GCr15轴承钢氧含量的控制

摘    要:天津钢铁集团有限公司(天钢)采用顶底复吹转炉(BOF)→LF精炼→VD真空脱气→小方坯连铸工艺流程生产GCr15轴承钢。通过转炉高拉碳工艺,控制终点碳含量在0.25%以上,出钢过程中加钢芯铝进行深脱氧,LF精炼工艺造高碱度精炼渣,控制炉渣碱度Ca O/Si O2在4.0~5.5之间,VD处理进行脱气等技术手段使铸坯中全氧含量T[O]≤0.001 2%,夹杂物等级及低倍组织满足标准要求。

Abstract:GCr15 Bearing steel is produced by BOF→LF→VD→CC process at Tianjin iron and steel group Co,.LTD (TISCO).The final carbon content is controlled over 0.25% through converter catching carbon technique.The steel-cored aluminium is added during tapping to make deep deoxidation for steel.The basicity (CaO/SiO2) of LF refining slag is controlled between 4.0 to 5.5.The total oxygen content T[O] in billet is controlled below 0.001 2% by technology of VD degassing.Inclusion index and microstructure meet the standard requirements
