唐钢烧结配加加拿大精粉生产实践

摘    要:在研究加拿大精粉基础性能的基础上,通过工业试验,找出不同加拿大精粉配比对烧结生产过程及烧结矿质量的影响规律,确定加拿大精粉适宜配比为4%。在加拿大精粉配比为4%的配料方案下,烧结生产料层厚度由680 mm提高到710 mm、燃料配比为上限、垂直燃结速度由13.95 mm/min降低至13.21 mm/min,烧结矿的转鼓强度提高了0.23%,低温还原粉化率降低0.96%。

Abstract:Based on the study of the basic performance of Canada concentrate, the regular effects of different proportion of the Canada concentrate on sintering process and sinter quality were found out through production practice.Finally it was confirmed that 4% of the Canada concentrate used in the sintering is the appropriate proportion.Under this proportion, sintering layer thickness is increased from 680 mm to 710 mm, vertical sintering speed is decreased from 13.95 mm/min 13.21 mm/min, the drum strength of sinter is increased about 0.23 percentage, and the RDI is reduced about 0.96 percentage.
