高非线性光子晶体光纤非线性系数的分析

摘    要:文章采用全矢量有限元法(FVFEM)对不同结构参数的光子晶体光纤(PCF)进行数值分析,得出了基模模场分布,进而计算出高非线性PCF非线性特性的两个重要的基本物理量:有效面积Aeff和非线性系数γ,并分析了Aeff和γ与PCF的结构参数空气孔直径d和空气孔间距Λ之间的关系.

Abstract:In this paper, we numerically analyze the photonic crystal fibers (PCF) with different structural parameters by using the Full-Vectorial Finite Element Method (FVFEM), achieving the fundamental mode field distribution. Then we calculate and obtain the effective area Aeff and the nonlinear coefficient γ, two important basic physical quantities of the nonlinear properties of highly nonlinear PCF. Finally, we analyze the relationship between Aeff and γ and its hole diameter d and the pitch Λ.
