包装机械变螺距螺杆数控铣削自动编程系统研究及设计

摘    要:螺杆分件供送机构是包装机械中应用较为广泛的基础部件,其设计参数多,受制约的因素多,且螺杆多为变螺距,运动规律复杂,设计和制造的工作量都很大。该系统设计包括参数输入、刀位计算、图形显示、加工过程仿真和数控程序生成等各种功能在内的完整数控加工系统。通过人机交互方式对加工工艺参数进行设定,完成刀位轨迹的自动生成、仿真显示以及G代码程序的输出,实现了交互式数控自动编程。

Abstract:Screw transport mechanism is the basic part in the packing machines.It has a large number of parameters and restricted factors.It's screw thread is diverse and the moving rule is complex.Consequently,the work amount in designing and manufacturing the screw transport mechanism is great.The design of the whole NC system includes parameter input,cutter location calculation,image show,simulation of machining process and generation of NC program etc.all functions.Through setting the machining technical parameters by man-machine interface,the generation and simulation of the tool path and the automatic output of NC program are fulfilled and the automatic programming for NC is realized.
