| 摘 要： | 围油栏是海洋溢油治理的重要设备。对现有围油栏的充气阀进行改进,使其具有定压排气功能。充气阀经过改造的围油栏可以实现水面上的自动回收,因此高效回收水面溢油的“面式”回收方法得以实现。

| Abstract: | The boom is an important equipment to deal with oil spill in marine environment. The improved charging valve of the boom makes itself have the funtion of discharging at fixed pressure. The boom with this valve can be withdrawn automatically from water that the plane recycling method can be realized to recycle oil spilt on effectively. |
