摘    要:上海竹园第一污水处理厂设计采用了化学生物絮凝强化一级处理新工艺,针对其混合池、化学生物絮凝反应池、平流沉淀池等主要构筑物以及主要设备、参数控制的设计方法、设计特点进行了详细介绍.该工艺具有运行稳定、耐冲击负荷、运行成本低的特点.

Abstract:A new enhanced primary treatment process with chemical-biological flocculation was adopted in Shanghai Zhuyuan No.1 Wastewater Treatment Plant. The design method and features of the main structures such as mixing tank, chemical-biological flocculation tank, and horizontal-flow sedimentation tank, main equipment and parameters control were introduced in detail. The process was characterized by steady operation, resistance to shock loading, and low operating cost.
