混杂纤维增强高性能混凝土拉压比试验研究

摘    要:研究了揭示钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维混杂后对高性能混凝土强度和拉压比的影响.参照国家标准和试验方法,按不同的纤维掺量设计了9组混杂纤维增强高性能混凝土试件以及3组钢纤维增强高性能混凝土对比试件和1组普通高性能混凝土对比试件,进行了大量立方体抗压强度试验和劈裂抗拉强度试验研究,并对拉压比进行回归分析.结果在高性能混凝土中掺加适量的钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维后:对抗压强度影响不明显,但可使抗拉强度提高10%~30%,使拉压比增大到0.06~0.068;钢纤维体积掺量为0.8%、聚丙烯纤维体积掺量为0.11%时,混杂纤维增强高性能混凝土拉压比为0.068;混杂纤维增强高性能混凝土的劈裂抗拉试验为近似于延性断裂破坏.结论掺加适量钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维后,高性能混凝土的抗拉强度和拉压比均有不同程度的提高,这有利于提高高性能混凝土的抗裂性能和抗震性能.

Abstract:This paper presents an experimental study on the splitting strength and compressive strength of hybrid fiber reinforced HPC evaluation of ratio between splitting tensile strength and compressive strength for hybrid fiber reinforced HPC.The splitting tensile strength and compressive strength test is carried out for 9 different groups of hybrid fiber(containing steel fiber and polypropylene fiber) reinforced HPC specimens and 4 groups contradistinctive HPC specimens.A large-scale regression analysis was carried out using experimental data gathered from various sources to evaluation of ratio between splitting tensile strength and compressive strength for hybrid fiber reinforced HPC.The results show that adding a reasonable volume of hybrid fibers in high-performance concrete,the splitting tensile strength increased by 10%~30%;the ratio between splitting tensile strength and compressive strength for hybrid fiber reinforced high-performance concrete increased to 0.0598~ 0.068.When adding 0.8% steel fiber and 0.11% Polypropylene fiber,the ratio between splitting tensile strength and compressive strength increase to 0.068.The conclusion is adding reasonable steel fiber and poly-propylene fiber into high-performance concrete is helpful to increase splitting tensile strength and ratio be-tween splitting tensile strength and compressive strength as well.
