低粘度环氧树脂体系及其固化物性能的研究

摘    要:为了满足环氧树脂在多种工艺中对低粘度的要求,使用了6002及618型两种普通双酚A型环氧树脂与低粘度XCT-802固化剂,设计出一种低粘度的环氧树脂体系,并对其粘度、固化物的力学性能等进行了表征。结果表明:该体系在常温下具有较长的适用期;在中温(80~C)条件下即可凝胶并固化,其固化物的力学性能优异。

Abstract:The low viscosity epoxy resin is needed in order to expand the applying range of epoxy resin. The system of epoxy resin with low viscosity was designed by the mixing Bisphenol A epoxy resin (6002. 618) with the curing agent (XCT- 802). The viscosity of the curing agent and its mechanical properties were characterized. The resulting system had a long pot life and proper gel phenomena at room temperature. The cured resin was obtained at medium temperature (80℃) and showed excellent mechanical properties.
