太钢大型高炉炉顶均压控制

摘    要:为了提高高炉冶炼系数,多出铁,减少能源消耗,企业通常尽量采用炉顶高压操作。大型高炉由于炉顶压力较高,在采用煤气一次均压后炉顶与料罐的压力差一般大于0.015 MPa,这就必须用氮气进行二次均压后才可以进行上料操作。本文简单介绍了太钢1 650 m3大型高炉与4 350 m3特大型高炉的炉顶均压控制原理。

Abstract:In order to improve smelting coefficient of blast furnace,produce more molten iron and decrease energy consumption,enterprise usually adopts furnace top high pressure operation.In large blast furnace,the pressure difference between furnace top and material pot is larger than 0.015 MPa after the first even pressure control by use of gas because of higher furnace top pressure.Hence,charging operation should be carried out after the second even pressure control by use of nitrogen.The principle of furnace top even pressure control for 1 650 m~3 large blast furnace and 4 350 m~3 super huge blast furnace of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co is introduced.
