超深层水泥搅拌桩施工工艺的优化试验研究

摘    要:在5万m3大型油罐地基的加固处理中,采用超长超深水泥搅拌桩.为了保证工程质量,对搅拌机械、施工工艺进行了选择与确定.从试桩分析中发现问题并依此进行试桩工艺的标定和分析,最后在施工中对施工工艺进行调整.本文着重对单桩成桩的时间控制、水泥掺量的控制、搅拌工艺的调整等进行优化.

Abstract:Ultra|deep and ultra|long cement stirring piles were adopted in strengthening the foundation of a 50000m 3 large oil tank. To guarantee construction quality, engineers selected and determined the stirring machines and construction methods. Problems were found in the analysis of testing piles, testing pile methods were analyzed and calibrated consequently, and construction method was improved finally in practical construction. In this article, the author emphasizes the optimization of time|control of formation of a single pile, controlling cement portion and adjustment of the stirring method.
