| 摘 要： | 近几年来，我国居民消费率偏低并呈不断下降趋势，不仅弱化了消费增长对于经济增长的直接拉动，也间接影响了投资本身的增长。对此，要采取积极的措施，改变目前的消费状况，启动消费引擎，拉动经济快速发展。

| Abstract: | The consumption rate of our China is low and simultaneously with a tendency of continuing decrease in recent years. This not only weakens the pulling effect that consumption increasing will do on economic growths but also influences the investment increasing. We should take effective measures to change the current situation. Starting the consumpfion engine is a way to promote the economic growth. |
