| 摘 要： | 详细论述了在大型装配件逆向设计中三坐标测量及数据预处理的相关环节。在对某重型载重车驾驶室整体性能及装配要求进行详细分析的基础上，论述了总体测量方案的规划思路，并以ATOS光学测量为手段，从不同方位进行光学扫描，并通过设置的多个定位用钢球实现了多视图拼合及数据预处理，满足了总体测量精度要求，为后期的数据反求打下了良好的基础。

| Abstract: | The related link of the three coordinate measuring and the data of pre-processing in reverse design of large assemble was discussed.Based on detailed analysis of the whole function of the heavy car bridge house and request of assembles,the programming way of the total diagraph project was discussed,and with means of the ATOS optics measure to scan in optics with different directions,the portfolio of mutiviews and the data of pre-processing with installing the steel ball for positioning were carried out,which satisfies the accuracy's request of total measure,and makes good foundation for anti-seeking of the late data. |
