宁夏引黄灌区自动化测控设施应用效果分析

摘    要:结合水利部农业水价改革试点项目,在宁夏沙坡头灌区选取典型项目区,对已砌护渠道、配套自动化控制闸门、量测水设施、信息传输系统及中央控制设备进行自动化测控设备的应用示范。结果表明:采用自动量控设备项目区可节水9%,农民水费支出减少7元/亩,全年减少人员工资开支10.24万元,增加工程维护费5.23万元,可消除水事纠纷的发生且水费及时足额收缴。

Abstract:Combined with agriculture water price reform project of MWR (Ministry of Water Resources), typical areas are selected in Shapotou Irrigation Areas in which automatic equipment are applied by lined channel, supporting automatic control gate, measuring equipment, information transformation system and central controlling equipment. The results show that in the areas with automatic equipment applied, water consumption decreases 9%, water prices expenditure decreases 7 Yuan per mu, annual wage cost decreases 102.4 thousands, and increases 50.23 thousands, water dispute could be reduced as well as water price could be in full charge.
