透明隔热保温涂料的制备

摘    要:以水性聚氨酯树脂为成膜物质,添加ATO、SnO2、ZnO制得复合纳米氧化物,以此为主要隔热原料,制备出可见光透过率为70%、红外阻隔率为90%的透明隔热保温涂料,涂覆该涂料与未涂覆涂料的模拟温差为8~10℃,该涂料具有良好的隔热效果,同时还具有保温作用,可以有效达到节能减排、降低能耗的目的.

Abstract:Nanocomposites were prepared based on waterborne polyurethane as binders and ATO, SnO2, ZnO. Heat preservation coatings with visible light transmittance at 70% and infrared blocking rate at 90% was prepared with the nanocomposites. The simulation temperature difference was 8- 10℃. It proved that prepared coatings had good properties in heat preservation and insulation to achieve energy saving and emission conservation.
