| 摘 要： | 针对水利监理工作面临的工程投入大、监理任务重、质量要求高、工程审计严、水利建设管理体制改革的新形势和新变化,以及监理人员数量素质与水利建设发展不相适应的新情况,依据法律、法规和行业要求,结合实践提出了强化监理机构、加强现场管理、做好协调工作、注重超前监理以及加强自身建设的工作方法和设想。

| Abstract: | Water supervision work is faced with such new situations as big investment, heavy supervision and high quality standard, strict engineering audit, water construction management system reform and maladaptive between personal quantity and quality. Operation methods such as strengthening supervision organization and field control, doing coordinate working, emphasizing advanced supervision and strengthening self-construction are proposed combined with practice. |
