摘    要:利用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定地表水中微量锑,确定了合理有效的仪器测试条件、主要试剂浓度及检出限、精密度。结果表明:使用原子荧光光谱法测定地表水中微量锑具有灵敏度高、准确性好、仪器操作方便等优点,具有良好的可行性和适用性,适宜水中微量锑的测定。

Abstract:Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method was used for determination of trace stibium in surface water. The optimal conditions of equipment, the concentration of main reagents, the detection limit, and the degree of precision were determined. It has proved that the method was very simple with good linearity and good accuracy, which is suitable to determine the trace Sb in surface water.
