复介电缺陷对称一维三元光子晶体传输特性的研究

摘    要:利用传输矩阵法,研究了具有复数电常数缺陷对称一维三元光子晶体的透射谱和增益特性.结果显示,无论加入奇数个还是偶数个缺陷,在第一禁带和第二禁带中分别出现了透射峰A和透射峰B.在缺陷层介电常数的虚部为负值时,缺陷模B表现出良好的增益效果;在缺陷层介电常数的虚部为正值时,缺陷模A表现出一定的增益特性,含6缺陷的增益效果比较明显.

Abstract:By using the transfer matrix method, the transmission Spectrum and gain characteristics of symmetrical 1D ternary photonic crystals with complex permittivity defect are studied. Whether the odd or even defects are joined, the transmission peak A and transmittance peak B appear in the first and second band gap respectively. When the dielectric of the defect is complex constant and the complex is of a negative imaginary part, the transmission peak B shows a good gain. When the dielectric of the defect is complex constant and the complex has a positive imaginary part, the transmission peak A shows a certain gain characteristics, and it shows the most obvious gain characteristics for six defects.
