铟反萃液净化除杂试验研究

摘    要:以株冶高铋、高锡反萃液为原料,在实验室开展了氧化中和、中和硫化和先中和再用锌粉等净化除杂试验研究。试验结果表明,采用先中和再用锌粉净化除杂工艺,铟反萃液中杂质铋、锡的脱除率分别在99.40%和94%以上,由除杂后反萃液置换所得粗铟含铟在99%以上,为粗铟电解精炼创造了条件。扩试结果也表明,铟反萃液中和再用锌粉净化除杂工艺对提高铟产品质量非常有效,具有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:Using high Bi and Sn stripping solution produced in Zhuzhou Smelter Group as main raw material, experimental study on oxidation-neutralization reaction, neutralization-sulfidation reaction, neutralization then add zinc powder reaction was carried out. The results show that:using first neutralization reaction then use of zinc impurity purification process, the desulphurization rate of Bi, Sn in stripping solution was 99.40% and 94% respec- tively. The crude In achieved from the stripping solution by replacement has more than 99% In, which created conditions for the electrolysis of it. Extended trial results indicate that purifying indium stripping solution with neutralization using zinc powder is very effective, and have a good application prospect.
