摘    要:CNG加气站属于容易发生爆炸的危险场所,一旦发生事故,容易造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失。因此,对CNG加气站的安全进行科学的评价具有非常重要的现实意义。CNG加气站安全系统是一个复杂的非线性系统。笔者通过引入DHGF模型,对沈阳市某CNG加气站进行现场调查和分析,建立了CNG加气站基于DHGF的安全评价模型。对CNG加气站进行安全评价的结果为CNG加气站的安全等级为三级,CNG加气站安全状况为中等偏向于良好。对评价结进行分析,提出了合理的整改意见,对CNG加气站的安全管理和运营有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:CNG filling stations remain with the dangerous places that are prone to explosion. If an accident happened, CASUALTIES and huge property damages will be made.. Therefore, the study of CNG safety evaluation is of great practical significance. The safety system of CNG filling stations is a complex nonlinear system. This article describes the DHGF model and set up the DHGF safety assessment model of CNG gas station, through the survey and analysis of the CNG filling station of Shenyang. The paper conducts the safety assessment of the CNG filling station and obtains Level three. The CNG filling station's safety situation is middle-bias in good. This paper analyzes the evaluation results and presents a reasonable rectification that has an important guiding significance for CNG filling station safety management and operation.
