| Abstract: | This paper introduces the hardware composing,structural characteristic and every module function of measurement and control device of electric power line computer protection,especially it adopt s double CPU system design model,which consumedly strengthens the redundancy of the software,increases the handling speed of communication and the reliability of protection unit. |
