| 摘 要： | 提出在锌锅上部加热区均匀加热的同时，对特殊部位进行特殊保护的设计新观点，并以此设计了新型的燃油钢管镀锌炉。实践表明，这一改进的设计是成功的，制作的镀锌锅寿命长、成本低、耗油省、操作简单、控制方便，达到较高的经济指标。

| Abstract: | It is a new design view for steel pipe galvanizing that the distinct protection to some special region is adopted while the upper part of the zinc pot is evenly heated,accordingly a new type of oil fired furnace for steel pipe galvanizing is designed.The practice showed that the improvement was successful in the design featured with long service life of zinc pot,low cost,less oil consumption,simple operation and easy control,a better technico-economical index was reached. |
