Figure/Fabric: Process/Production

While attention was riveted on the results of an international design competition for a site over the 34th Street rail yards west of Pennsylvannia Railroad Station, another study was taking place. Working with the community, local multidisciplinary design teams explored an adjacent site through a different process. This process, and its findings, are illuminating.
