| Abstract: | Based on batch extraction, improved liquid-impeled loop reactor(LLR) was used in continuous pilot-plant extraction for cadmium recovery from aqueous wastes. It integrated emulsifying, extracting, separating and demulsifying. The results showed that the extracting efficiencies were better than those of batch one and surfactant concentration was decreased to 3.0 percent from 4.0 percent of batch extraction. |
