高精度仪表零件的整修与精冲

摘    要:在普通冲床上采用整修、光洁冲裁及挤压式修边等工艺,精冲小型高精度零件,具有冲模结构简单,生产成本较低,而精冲件质量较好的优势,适于小尺寸零件多品种、中小批量生产。介绍了高精度仪表零件的整修、光洁冲裁及相关工艺及冲模。

Abstract:Using the processes such as trimming, smooth punching and extruding border on normal punching machine tool to exactly punch high-precise small-size parts can bring the advantages like simple punching die structure, low manufacture cost, and better quality of extract punching parts, which can be used in the manufacture of parts with small size, many varieties, and manufactured in small to middle lot size. Furthermore, the trimming, smooth punching, related process and punching die of high-precise instrument parts are introduced respectively.
