聚氨酯改性有机硅体系性能的研究

摘    要:以蓖麻油氨酯改性有机硅树脂,研究了PU含量及制备工艺对性体系热性能及抗冲击性能的影响,结果表明,PU的含量对改性体系的热分解行为及抗冲击性有明显影响;制备工艺对改性体系的抗冲击有较大影响,但对热性能影响不大。

Abstract:Polysilicone was midified with ricinolein polyurethane, and the effect of preparation method and PU concentration in the system on the heat stability and impact behavior of modified systems were investigated. It is shown that the heat stability and impact strength of polyurethane polysilicone systems clearly depend on the content of polyurethane. The preparation methods of modification systems have obviously influence on its impact strength, and small on its heat stability.
