摘    要:研究了活性单体甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)对苯乙烯一丁二烯一苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)的接枝,制备成SBS—g—GMA接枝物,用红外光谱对其进行了表征,并用化学滴定方法测定其接枝率及接枝物的凝胶含量;考察了单体GMA和引发荆DCP的用量以及停留时间对接枝率的影响。

Abstract:The glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)grafted SBS(SBS-g-GMA)was prepared by thermal initiated melt grafting in the presence of complex antioxidant(of the phenoltype),a phosphite and a flowability modifier(paraffin).The grafting rate of SBS-g-GMA copolymer was determined by titration measure,while the grafted SBS-g-GMA copolymer was characterized by FTIR.The effects of monomer content,DCP content,and time on the grafting rate were studied.The results showed that the grafting ratio increased with increasing DCP content and GMA content.SBS-g-GMA with higher grafting rate and better flowability was obtained.
