差热分析法检测MnO_2电气性能

摘    要:本文通过4种天然锰粉的差热分析(DTA),测定锰粉中γ-MnO_2,转变为Mn_2O_3的相变峰温度,计算其峰面积其结果与做成试验电池放电结果进行比较,得出DTA分析结果与试验结果一致,该法用于二氧化锰电化学性能检测简便,快速,结果可靠。

Abstract:Differential thermal analysis of four kinds of natural manganese dioxide ores are studied. The peak temperature and area in 7-MnO2 phase modulation were determined. This determination showed no difference with the discharge results of the tested battery. Since the same results were obtained from the experiment, the differential thermal analysis could be used in inspecting the discharge performance of manganese dioxide. This method is simple,quick and reliable.
