| 摘 要： | 利用Ｆｕｚｚｙ集的方法，建立了短缺水电资源分配的数学模型．该模型在剔除申报额“水份”，确定承担资源短缺后果比率等方面做了较好的工作．将模型设计成计算机软件包，通过模拟运行，获得使用单位的好评．
