| 摘 要： | 医学图像配准是指对于一幅医学图像寻求一种空间变换,使它与另一幅医学图像上的对应点达到空间位置上的一致。一致是指人体上的同一解剖点在两张图像上有相同的空间位置。The Insight Toolk it(简称ITK)是一个具有较强功能的医学图像处理类库,主要用于医学图像的预处理、分割及配准。主要研究图像配准算法以及ITK在医学图像配准中的应用。为采用ITK实现的一个医学图像配准的实例,对医学发展提供参考。
