高速汽油机活塞应力与变形分析

摘    要:本研究建立了某轿车用高速汽油机活塞的几何模型,应用三维有限元分析软件,完成了活塞在热力耦合作用下的应力与变形分析。研究表明活塞的热力耦合应力对活塞的强度有重要影响,同时活塞变形呈非轴对称分布,变形后裙部外形轮廓形状发生较大变化。由于活塞裙部形状对活塞润滑特性有重要影响,因此,本文的结果为进一步准确分析裙部润滑特性提供了基础,为活塞改进设计提供了参考。

Abstract:In this paper a geometry model for piston of a high-speed gasoline engine is established.By using the three-dimensional finite element analysis software,the stress and deformation of piston under the action of the effect of thermo-mechanical coupling are analyzed.Results show that the thermo-mechanical coupled stress has an important impact on the piston intensity.The piston deformation is distributed in the form of non-axial symmetry,therefore,changing the piston skirt profile.Because lubrication property ...
