| 摘 要： | 针对天然气管线传统的巡线模式效率低、成本高、规范性差、监督力度弱,难以适应现代化天然气企业生产和发展需要的现状,以天然气输气管线及设施为对象,运用现代化管理理念,采用北斗卫星系统技术、网络技术、地理信息技术和计算机技术等,对天然气管线建立起一套科学的、行之有效的维护巡检体系,是保证整个管道安全稳定可靠运行的基础.
