| 摘 要： | 本文比较全面地总结了国内外现代小卫星的发展情况,结合在通信小卫星工程项目中的经验与体会,讨论了现代小卫星发展的关键技术,重点研究了通信信道多谱勒频移等问题.最后,对通信小卫星技术在我国的发展应用与对策提出了自己的看法.

| Abstract: | This paper presents an overview of recent developments of modern small satellite.According to our experience of the small satellite innovation project,the key technologies of modern small communication satellite are discussed.The question of Doppler frequency shift of communication channel is studied in detail.In the end,we give our prospect and tactic about the development and application of small communication satellite in China. |
