超大型全回转浮吊新型回转支承装置关键技术的研究

摘    要:分析了大型浮吊常用的台车式回转支承装置及多排密布滚轮式回转支承装置的结构特点及受力分布,探究这两种装置的优势及缺点,并针对其缺点发明研制了新型的链式滚轮回转支承装置,创新的结构特点克服了原有技术的问题,能够承受更大载荷,且轮力分布更均匀,解决了超大型浮吊重载回转支承装置的关键技术问题.

Abstract:In this study, two rotary support devices of floating cranes, i. e. bogie and multi-rows wheel types,are analyzed in terms of structural characteristics and loading distributions. Accordingly, the advan- tages and disadvantages are investigated. Afterwards, a new chain type wheel device is developed to overcome the existing structural problems, e. g. large loading and even wheel pressure. Eventually, these technologies are enabled upon rotary support device of ultra-large-scale floating cranes.
