中国国际工程承包企业协同进化机制研究

目前，我国国际工程承包业面临如何在国际复杂环境下实现可持续成长的新问题和新挑战。将生态学理论的协同进化思想引入到我国国际工程承包企业成长性问题的研究中，提出国际工程承包企业协同进化分析框架，探究国际工程承包企业协同进化的特征及推进企业协同进化的动力机制；进行我国国际工程承包企业种群内部协同进化、与系统环境自组织协同进化、与竞争者群协同进化的分析。研究可帮助我国国际工程承包企业明晰在动态复杂环境下与相关产业及企业间协同进化的方面和过程，支持企业从面向整个国际工程承包产业系统协同进化的视角制定发展战略，实现可持续成长。

Co-evolution Mechanism of the Chinese International Construction Project Contracting Enterprises

Currently the Chinese international contracting business is facing new challenges of how to realize sustainable growth in a complex international environment. The viewpoint of co-evolution in ecology theory is introduced to analyze the problems of growth for Chinese international contractors（CICs）. Based on this theory,the co-evolution analysis framework of international project contracting industry is established. The characteristics and driving mechanism of the co-evolution mechanism are probed. Then,this study analyzes the interior co-evolutions among the CICs＇ population,the self-organization co-evolutions between the CICs＇ population and environment,and the co-evolutions between the CICs＇ population and their competitor＇s population. Results of this study could not only help CICs to understand the directions and processes of their co-evolution compared to the relevant industries and enterprises under dynamic and complex environment,but also provide supports to strategies planning for CICs to achieve sustainable growth by considering the co-evolutions with the whole international contracting industry system.
