基于行为主义理论的地铁施工工人的不安全行为管理研究

为了减少人的不安全行为因素对地铁事故的影响，降低地铁事故发生的概率，运用行为主义理论对人的不安全行为进行管理。分析了地铁施工工人的不安全行为以及产生的原因，运用行为主义理论对地铁施工工人不安全行为进行设计和管理。通过研究发现，工人所处情景环境直接影响行为的产生，因此对不安全行为的管理主要是对情景环境的管理，通过管理情景环境可以更便捷、更有效地实现对不安全行为防控，很大程度上避免或降低了由于地铁施工工人的不安全行为造成的地铁施工事故的发生。

Subway Construction Workers Unsafe Behavior Management Based on Behaviorism Theory

To reduce the influence of people’s unsafe behavior on subway accidents and reduce the probability of the subway accident，this study supervises and controls the unsafe behavior of people based on the theory of behaviorism. Firstly, the theory of behaviorism is introduced. Then，causes of unsafe behavior of subway construction workers are analyzed. Finally, design and control the unsafe behavior of subway construction workers based the theory of behaviorism. Results found that workers’ scene environment directly affects their behavior，and the management of unsafe behavior mainly depends on scene environment management. Managing scene environment could control the unsafe behavior more conveniently，significantly avoid or reduce the subway construction accidents caused by subway construction workers’ unsafe behavior.
