摘    要:将硼酸锌和氧化锌加入到酚醛环氧树酯/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料(NER/OMMT)与磷酸三苯酯(TPP)阻燃聚丙烯(PP)体系,考察了硼酸锌和氧化锌用量对PP阻燃、抑烟性能和力学性能的影响.在NER/OMMT与TPP总用量仅为10wt%的情况下加入4wt%的硼酸锌后,制得了氧指数高达31.5%的阻燃聚丙烯,并且烟雾产生总量比加入前下降了46.6%,在降低了材料的毒害性的同时很好地提高了其综合性能.

Abstract:Zinc oxide and zinc borate was added with novolac epoxy/organophilic montmorillonite nanocomposite and triphenyl phosphate mixtures to prepare flame retardant PP respectively. The effects of zinc oxide ad zinc borate content on flame retardancy, smoke repress and mechanical properties of PP are investigated. The addition of 4wt% of zinc borate makes the OI value of flame retardant PP increase to 31.5%, PHRR decrease to 534 kW/m^2 which is 38% lower than before; totle smoke release decrease from 36. 92m^2 to 19.70m^2 when NER/OMMT-TPP content is 10wt%. It not only decreases the noxiousness but also enhances the flame retardancy and mechanism properties of PP.
