蜂窝状微坑结构的电化学加工研究

摘    要:在摩擦副表面加工蜂窝状微坑作为改善滑动摩擦的途径已成为研究热点.研究了电解加工蜂窝状微坑结构的方法,介绍了加工原理和试验过程,分析了加工电压、加工时间、阴极贯穿孔尺寸、电解液等加工参数对所加工微坑的影响,优化了加工参数和加工条件,提高了所加工微坑的精度.

Abstract:Array micro-dimples play an important role in reducing friction,so more attention is paid to them recently.This paper researchs a method of machining array micro-dimples by electrochemical machining(ECM).The accuracy of array micro-dimples is improved by increasing voltage and using acidic electrolyte as well as decreasing diameter of holes in the cathode with sufficient liquid condition.Experiments results indicate that this technology could effectively machining array micro-dimples with high quality.
