含铝耐热铸铁熔制新工艺的可行性探讨

摘    要:本文初步探讨了含铝耐热铸铁熔制新工艺的可行性。试验结果表明,应用本文介绍的工艺方法可以使铝的烧损率稳定在8%~9%之间,铸铁无铝的偏析缺陷。此外,可以获得合格的化学成分以及较为满意的显微组织和机械性能。

Abstract:Feasibility experiment of a new technique for the melting of heat resistant aluminium bearing cast iron was carried out.The results showed that with the technique,dead of the aluminium kept in 8%~9%,the segregation of aluminium in the cast iron was avoided,and the chemical composition metallographic structure and mechanical properties are satisfaltory.
