载重子午线轮胎胎面胶配方改进

摘    要:对载重子午线轮胎胎面胶配方进行改进,以提高耐磨性能。试验结果表明,通过调整生胶品种、补强体系和硫化体系等,可以改善胎面胶的耐磨性能,降低胶料成本。以采用耐磨性能较好的中超耐磨炭黑N220,采用NR/BR并用体系、中超耐磨炭黑N234,补强体系与原配方接近为特征的3种改进配方分别适用于客运和中短途货运车辆轮胎、高速路面长途客运和货运车辆轮胎、混合花纹轮胎。

Abstract:The tread formula of TBR tire was modified to improve the wear resistance.The test results showed that the wear resistance of tire tread improved and the compound cost reduced by changing the rubber type,filler system and curing system.The test formula A based on black N220,formula B based on NR/BR blend and black N234,and formula C based on a filler system similar to that of original formula were applicable to the short/middle haul TBR tire,long haul express-way TBR tire and TBR tire with mixed tread patterns respectively.
