保护渣膜传热测量装置的开发与研究

摘    要: 根据“一维稳态平板法”原理进行了保护渣膜传热测量装置的开发,并采用该装置进行了中碳钢和低碳钢保护渣传热性能的测定,同时对试验数据进行了合理性检验和显著性检验。结果表明:采用该装置测量的数据稳定、合理且有显著性差异,测量数据具有可比性。

Abstract:On the basis of “one-dimensional flat method”, a heat transfer measuring apparatus was developed. The heat transfer of medium carbon steel and low carbon steel mold fluxes were then tested by the apparatus. Simultaneously, the rationality test and significance test of the experimental data was presented. The result is that the experimental data is stable, reasonable, and have significant difference and with comparability.
