唐钢冷连轧边浪缺陷分析及消除方法

摘    要: 针对唐钢冷连轧机轧制1700热轧线供料板形良好而轧制1580热轧线供料出现双边浪缺陷的问题,对比分析了两种热轧原料的板形和组织,发现1580原料边部和中心组织严重不均匀,在其他轧制条件相同且采用同一目标板形曲线的情况下,在轧制过程中,带钢在宽度方向上产生的变形热不同,引起带钢沿横向不均匀的热延伸,进而导致双边浪缺陷;结合1580线供料的特性,根据板形目标曲线系数的设定原理,制定了一系列目标板形曲线,消除了双边浪缺陷,很好地满足了镀锌工艺对板形的要求,显著提高了产品的板形质量。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of existing no flatness issue while tandem cold mill rolling raw material supplied by 1700 hot strip mill (HSM), but heavy edge wave defect while rolling that by 1580 HSM, the flatness and structures for 2 raw materials were comparatively investigated. The results show that the bigger non-uniformity of the structures between the edge and the center for the raw material supplied by 1580 HSM results in different deforming heat which brings uniform transversal thermal elongation, finally leading to double edge wave defects under the same rolling conditions but with single target flatness curve. In combination with the characteristics of the raw material supplied by 1580 HSM, the specific target flatness curve was made, the edge wave defects was eliminated, and the flatness quality of the product was significantly improved.
