国有石化企业绩效考核存在的问题及对策

摘    要:从人力资源管理实际工作出发,对目前国有石化企业绩效考核中存在的考核定位不清、考核指标设置不科学、考核方法选择不当等实际问题进行了分析。针对存在的问题,提出国有石化企业要做好绩效考核,需要建立科学的考核制度,提高员工对绩效考核的支持度并及时反馈、合理利用考核结果等建议。

Abstract:Based on the human resources management practices, this thesis analyzed the problems in the performance appraisal of state-owned petrochemical enterprise, such as unclear definition, unreasonable index, and improper methods. In view of the problems, the article gave some suggestions how to improve the performance appraisal in the state-owned petrochemical enterprise. In order to obtain positive results from the performance appraisal, an enterprise should establish reasonable rules, make the staff to support the appraisal and use the appraisal results properly.
